This role combines technical support, post‑sales consulting, technical training, and close collaboration with the sales team—becoming a true technical point of reference both internally and externally.

About the Role
Professional Requirements:

- Several years of experience in a technical service or similar role




- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken (mandatory)
- Educational background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or IT
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and technical applications
- Strong technical troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Willingness to travel (up to 25%, domestic and international)
- Team player with the ability to work well under pressure
