Key Responsibilities

- Safety and Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols in the engine room, ensuring compliance with maritime regulations and company policies.
- Team Supervision:



Supervise and direct engine room personnel, providing training and support to ensure efficient operations.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of engine performance, fuel consumption, maintenance schedules, and repairs.
- Emergency Response: Lead the engine room team in emergency situations, coordinating with the master and deck crew to manage crises effectively.
- Resource Management: Manage inventory of spare parts and supplies, ensuring availability for routine and emergency needs.
