This position focuses on expanding our hotel inventory by converting leads into new supply for the Italian and Greek markets. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing deals with boutique and independent properties.

Engagement: Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Salary: 65,000 to 80,000 EUR annually

What you'll do

Manage and grow the hotel category by hitting quarterly sales targets for Italy and Greece.
Identify and qualify new hotel leads through research and networking.
Negotiate and finalize agreements with new hotel partners.
Communicate the Airbnb value proposition to prospective partners via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
Lead market launches by coordinating with cross-functional teams.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hotel partners.




Develop and execute scalable sales strategies to maximize business impact.
Requirements

8+ years of professional experience in sales or account management, ideally within a high-growth tech or hospitality environment.
Professional fluency in both English and Italian.
Ability to manage shifting priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
Capacity to build and influence relationships with external partners.
Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time.
