Job Description

- Updating market presentations
- Supporting the preparation of pitch decks




- Assisting senior team members in managing divestment processes
- Mapping funds nearing maturity
- Updating client and opportunity databases/files
- Conducting property site inspections
- Supporting the creation of discounted cash flow (DCF) models

Requirements

- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
- Strong report writing skills in English
- Creative mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
- Commercial awareness and business acumen
- Prior valuation or leasing experience is a plus
- English language advanced level
- Team‑oriented, collaborative attitude and knowledge‑sharing spirit

Compensation and Transparency
