Production and Technical SupportProvide support to Production Project Managers in all technical aspects of the main car projects.

Provide support to Production Project Managers in creating and maintaining comprehensive documentation, including both technical procedures and ERP routing.
Create technical reports and raise to management, as needed.
Investigate new processes and technologies cooperating with technical departments.
Technical Leadership & DeliveryOversee and take full ownership of all technical and manufacturing aspects of simple car projects assigned (including Non Conformities or Faults raised during track events).
Work with Design Office to identify and agree the best technical solutions (in terms of manufacturing feasibility).
Work with all stakeholders (i.e. Design Office, Quality, PMO, Car Eng., etc.) to identify and develop the best solutions in terms of feasibility, production processes,



planning and final product quality.
Work with Production Departments to provide daily assistance, optimize lead time and improve quality.
Work with Production Planning Department to optimize lead times.
Collaboration, Teamwork & CultureProvide flexible attendance and attitude to work, both in line with the requirements of the role and any specific requirements of the projects.
