What you'll do
- Oversee and maintain general ledger accounts along with various subledger systems,



ensuring all entries are accurately recorded and properly categorized according to established accounting standards.
- Execute comprehensive bank reconciliation processes on a regular basis, identifying and resolving any discrepancies while clearing suspense accounts in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough balance sheet reconciliations across all account categories to guarantee data integrity and consistency throughout the financial reporting cycle.
- Manage the complete fixed asset accounting lifecycle, including establishing and enforcing capitalization policies, calculating depreciation and amortization schedules, and tracking asset movements.
- Collaborate closely with external payroll service providers to accurately record all compensation-related journal entries and ensure full compliance with statutory requirements and local regulations.
