Team management and leadershipManage, support, and develop team skillsUnite teams around La Minerva and Paris Society values, culture, and standardsIdentify high-potential candidates (promotion, mobility, transfer)Set an example of excellence, rigor,



and personal commitmentImplement regular training to develop managerial and operational skills2. Operational excellence & brand imageBe the guardian of the GiGi & Mimi Kakushi brand, image, quality, concept and standardsEnsure compliance with service processes and standards across all areas.Identify operational issues and implement appropriate and sustainable solutionsEnsure consistent customer experience across all establishments3. Economic performance & financial managementEnsure the best possible performance in terms of revenue and profitabilityManage and monitor the annual budgets for each establishment with the Head of OperationsAnalyze results and propose corrective action plansProvide operations with the tools necessary to achieve their objectives4.
