Job Summary
The Operational Director supports the General Manager in overseeing the resort’s day-to-day activities, focusing on operational efficiency, service consistency, and team performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise all operational departments (Rooms Division, F&B;, Maintenance, Spa, Housekeeping).
- Implement and maintain service standards and operational policies.
- Coordinate between departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction.




- Analyze KPIs and operational reports to improve efficiency and profitability.
- Train, mentor, and develop department managers and supervisors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Daily management of the hotel's operations.
- Collaboration with various departments, facilitating communication between strategy and operations.
- Building collaborative relationships with employees across all departments.
- Development and implementation of service procedures and standards.
- Identification of staff training needs and support through coaching and mentoring.
- Participation in performance evaluations and continuous feedback.
- Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations.
- Continuous updating on industry trends and their operational application.
- Motivating the team to achieve goals and professional growth.
- Effective management of complaints and escalations.
- Preparation of regular performance reports to be presented to
