Your Role

We are seeking a

Training and Development Specialist





to develop and execute global training plans, programs, and specific projects to support the Company's strategy. In this role, you will define and deliver content and tools to build and develop the required competencies, in line with the Company Culture and HR strategy.
You will also be a key player within our HR team, as a point of contact for management and our employees. You will be responsible for developing, establishing, and maintaining a Training & Development infrastructure for Technogym Academy.
Your Impact

Develop and implement programs related to onboarding, performance, talent management, technical and nontechnical training, and/or e-learning
Conceive, design, and implement the global training programs in line with competency gaps and learning needs
Manage the induction process for HQ positions
Define and manage the training catalog and calendar, ensuring all aspects of organizing training
