This role blends strategic system design, architectural governance, and deep hands‑on support, ensuring all technical queries, incidents, and enhancements are handled effectively and with minimal business impact.You will own the end‑to‑end technical landscape, guide design decisions, and lead complex problem resolution,



while maintaining close day‑to‑day engagement with client stakeholders. This role is critical to ensuring platform resilience, regulatory compliance, and the continued success of a high‑revenue, mission‑critical client.What you’ll do:Act as the overall technical architect for the VisionPLUS card processing platform and its integrationsServe as the primary senior technical contact for client, handling complex queries, escalations, and design discussionsLead major incident management, including deep‑dive diagnostics, cross‑team coordination, and root‑cause analysis. Provide hands‑on support for critical production issues across online and batch processingDesign and govern distributed‑to‑mainframe integrations, including APIs and middleware. Review and approve technical changes, enhancements, and release plans to ensure system stabilityMentor Advisor‑ and Engineer‑level team members, providing technical leadership and guidanceWork
