What you’ll do
- Lead and oversee multiple B2B projects from initiation through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and company standards.
- Develop comprehensive project plans that outline scope, deliverables,



timelines, and resource allocation, adapting as necessary to meet changing client needs.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including design, development, and marketing, to ensure that project milestones are achieved and quality standards are met.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining open lines of communication to address concerns, provide updates, and gather feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
- Monitor project performance using key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize processes and outcomes.
- Facilitate regular project meetings, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed of progress, risks, and any necessary adjustments to the project plan.
