A day in the life: As the Region Manager, you will take full command of driving sales momentum and revenue growth across your territory. You’ll build and elevate highvalue relationships with retailers, senior distributor leaders, and broker partners. Serving as the strategic force that unlocks new opportunities and accelerates performance. You will amplify topline sales while protecting bottomline profitability, leading with influence at the director and generalmanager level to strengthen distributor partnerships and push business forward. you will engineer a targeted, highimpact business strategy, translating corporate priorities into tactical execution that delivers results. Your leadership will ensure that every initiative, partnership, and plan not only hits the mark but exceeds expectations.The impact you’ll make: Responsible for the distributor senior leadership relationship, strategy creation, engagement, and execution.Manage day to day relationship, joint business planning and reviews with distributor.Support senior trade development managers (TDM) including capabilities, key performance indicators (KPIs), priorities, development plans, recruitment.Develop direct reports to hybrid role of internal process accountability and field execution standards, utilizing the senior TDM to focus greater time on field training and customer/consumer outcomes.Lead distributor incentives to drive field sales engagement and results, ensuring e
