Meet Our Team:Our EMEA Regional Marketing team is responsible for driving global engagement at scale through the development and execution of region wide, vertical- and account-specific marketing campaigns; the development and activation of offering lead growth programs, and high-end events, with the ultimate goal of making selling easier and being the voice of marketing to our GTM teams in region.Picture Yourself at Pega:As the Senior Marketing Manager for West-South, you’ll lead strategic marketing initiatives across your region and assigned industry, helping shape Pega’s brand presence and drive growth. You’ll design and execute demand generation campaigns, deliver Account-Based Marketing for key strategic accounts, and align marketing efforts with regional business goals to grow pipeline and ACV. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll also manage and develop a team of two, fostering high performance and impact. Please be aware that this role will require frequent travel across Italy, Spain & France.
