We control administrative, accounting, and financial reporting processes, ensuring compliance with tax requirements and optimizing credit management, debt collection, and treasury activities. A primary focus is placed on integrating the accounting, administrative, and reporting processes of companies being acquired, ensuring alignment and efficiency at the Group level. The Credit Manager plays a critical role in safeguarding and optimizing the company’s financial health. With end-to-end ownership of credit risk management, this role oversees the full credit lifecycle — from customer credit assessment and limit definition to receivables monitoring, collections, and dispute resolution — ensuring a balanced approach between commercial growth and cash flow sustainability while minimizing financial risk.
