You’ll joining the team, which values collaboration, ownership, and a commitment to delivering high-quality results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
What You'll Do
- Driving cost optimization, efficiency improvements, and process streamlining through data analysis
- Optimization and standardization of in-station processes such as receiving, sortation, route planning and loading
- Creation of SOPs, workflows and work instructions
- Definition and scoping of system requirements and cooperation with tech teams for system functionalities and design
- Creation of reports measuring performance and quality
- Creation of training material and train the trainer sessions
- Lead root cause analysis (using Lean, 5S or similar tools) to resolve performance gaps in relevant In Station KPIs
- Collaborate with stations’ teams
