The professionals at KPMG Studio Associato operate across all major areas of taxation and corporate law, providing integrated and innovative services.For the M&A; Legal team in the Milan office, we are looking for a professional within the team who will be responsible for activities related to extraordinary corporate transactions.Specifically, will be in charge of:Legal due diligence activities;Drafting of contracts related to the completion of acquisition transactions (company and share package acquisitions) and assistance in the various negotiation phases;Legal assistance in extraordinary transactions and preparation of corporate documentation (mergers, demergers, contributions, corporate reorganizations,
