We are looking for an HR Business Partner able to join a diverse team of HR professionals to enrich it with energy and competence in workforce management and in interactions with seasoned business leaders and plays a strategic role in turning business priorities into practical HR solutions that directly support our commercial performance. The role requires the ability to combine strategic HR expertise with a data-driven and quantitative approach, translating business needs, workforce insights and financial considerations into effective people strategies.Skills Required:Bachelor's Degree, preferably in humanities, economics or lawKnowledge of HR software or management systems, preferably an Oracle System10/15 years of experience in HRBP roleSolid experience in labor relationsSolid strategic vision and business acumen, strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities, flexibility in managing change, and strong focus on coaching and people development, combined with integrity, discretion and reliability.Strong clear and assertive communication skills,
