What will you have to do:
Internal presentation of the projects for the approval and definition of the next steps; Prioritization of projects based on the strategy defined by the VP Development according to the strategic expansion plan; According to the negotiation policy established for each project: (i) direct management of negotiations with the owners, until their closure and/or (ii) support to the negotiations conducted by the Development Director; - Preparation of the necessary documentation for the approval of projects; - Creation of a strong network of contacts in the assigned area to enhance growth in the area according to expansion map; Constant analysis of theassigned area market to identify potential growth markets and enhance brand growth based on the strategic growth plan.
