Individual ContributorTravel: Less than 25%Profession: Data CenterDiscipline: Data Center Operations ManagementCompany: MicrosoftOverviewAs a Critical Environment Program Manager (CEPM), you will own and maintain the operational excellence of critical mechanical and electrical infrastructure in our datacenters, ensuring service continuity, risk mitigation, and continuous improvement in safety, reliability, and efficiency. We are seeking candidates with demonstrated experience in data center operations or other critical environment settings, including work supporting mission-critical services and high-availability infrastructure. This experience may be developed across a range of industries, including data centers, manufacturing, oil and gas, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or similar critical infrastructure sectors, or through an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience. This role is part of our Cloud Operations & Innovation (CO+I)



team which is the engine that powers our cloud services and delivers the core infrastructure and foundational technologies for Microsoft's online services including Bing, Office 365, Xbox, OneDrive, and the Microsoft Azure platform.
