Step into a pivotal HR leadership role where you will shape the people agenda of three locations (Ostiglia, Porto Mantovano, Opera) in Italy for a global organization. while also serving as the key link to the EMEA HR leadership team and global HR Centers of Excellence. You will lead a stable and engaged HR team supporting a workforce of 280+ employees, ensuring both operational excellence and the development of a forward-looking people strategy. This role requires a balanced and confident professional who can build strong relationships, influence stakeholders, and challenge constructively when needed.
