Offerta
- Provide independent and autonomous legal advice to all departments of a Italian premium fashion outlet centre, with a focus on lease law & real estate law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate business lease agreements and commercial lease agreements with tenants/brand stores.
- Draft, review and advise on other commercial agreements for the centre, including (among others) construction-related contracts,



shop fit and project management agreements, facility management and marketing agreements, cooperation agreements, marketing and retail event contracts, and service agreements with external providers.
- Support Centre Management and Leasing Teams in lease negotiations and operational legal matters.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Leasing, Retail, Operations, Marketing, Finance) across all legal matters, acting as a key legal business partner.
- Prepare contractual documentation and manage internal approval processes in coordination with internal teams and external counsels.
- Ensure compliance with national and EU legislation, including GDPR and ESG requirements and keep the business informed on relevant legal developments.
