You will operate in a constantly evolving scenario, where national and international regulations intertwine with market and public opinion expectations on crucial topics such as ethics, transparency, and corporate governanceSpecifically you will be tasked with:Tax due diligence reviews of extraordinary transactions (mergers, demergers, acquisitions, contributions,
