Mission of the Role The GTR FP&A; Commercial Senior Specialist will support the Global Travel Retail business by strengthening financial governance, improving commercial decision-making, and ensuring consistency across regions, customers, channels, and key commercial finance processes. The role will act as a central FP&A; commercial finance point of contact for pricing, promotional investment, customer performance, margin analysis, strategic planning, and commercial analytics. The position is designed to increase transparency, standardization, and control over key commercial finance activities, while progressively enabling automation and process simplification. Key Responsibilities Commercial Finance, Pricing and Investment Governance Partner closely with regional commercial teams,
marketing team, and finance stakeholders, including House of Brands.Support the governance of price, promotion, discount, and DD investment management across Global Travel Retail regions, customers, and channels, to ensure alignment of assumptions, methodologies, accuracy and reporting standards.Perform financial analysis on trade margin, value chain, customer profitability, pricing architecture, identifying risks and opportunities linked to customer terms, trade investments, discounts, and pricing actions.Support financial assessments for innovation gates, new product launches, and commercial initiatives.Support the preparation, validation, and tracking of price lists, price letters, SAP price loading, and related pricing processes.
