We are looking for a Data Management & Strategy Specialist to join our team and play a key role in enabling effective data operations, governance, business intelligence, and data quality across the organization. Responsibilities Coordinate the intake, logging, prioritization, and tracking of data requests and data-related issues. Support issue management processes from identification through resolution. Partner with data owners, stewards, technical teams, and business stakeholders to drive timely solutions. Maintain accurate documentation, issue logs, project updates, and resolution records. Support key data operations activities, including data maintenance, validation, monitoring, and governance processes. Assist with data quality reviews and help identify and resolve inconsistencies. Create and maintain data-related documentation, guides, FAQs, and training materials. Support data literacy and information fluency initiatives across the organization. Impact Contribute to improving data quality, reliability, and trust across the business. Help operationalize data standards,
definitions, and governance practices. Support root cause analysis and remediation tracking for data quality issues. Develop presentations, agendas, and supporting materials for Data & AI Councils and governance forums. Track decisions, actions, and follow‐ups to ensure alignment and accountability. Prepare reports, dashboards, summaries, and communication materials for leadership and key stakeholders. Support the Director of Data Management & Strategy on strategic initiatives and business priorities. Help drive continuous improvement across data management processes and controls. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Management, Communications, or a related field. 5–9 years of experience in Data Management, Data Governance, Business Analytics, Marketing Operations, or a related function.
