Our client is a leading international main contractor specialising in the delivery of hyperscale data centres and mission-critical infrastructure across Europe. They are seeking an experienced HSE Advisor to join the delivery team on a major hyperscale data centre project in Milan.
Working alongside the project leadership team, you will play a key role in promoting a positive safety culture, ensuring compliance with health, safety and environmental legislation, and supporting the safe delivery of complex construction activities from construction through to commissioning. Key Responsibilities
•Support the implementation and continual improvement of the project's Health, Safety and Environmental Management System.
•Promote a proactive health and safety culture across all site activities.




•Conduct site inspections, audits and safety tours to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement.
•Ensure works are carried out in accordance with company procedures, client requirements and relevant legislation.
•Review and monitor RAMS, permits to work and safe systems of work.
•Investigate accidents, incidents and near misses, implementing corrective actions where required.
•Deliver site inductions, toolbox talks and health & safety briefings.
•Monitor subcontractor compliance and provide practical HSE guidance to site teams.
•Maintain HSE records, reports and project documentation.
•Liaise with clients, subcontractors and regulatory bodies on HSE matters. Requirements
•Previous experience as an HSE Advisor, Health & Safety Advisor or similar within construction.
•Experience on data centre, mission-critical, pharmaceutical, industrial or major construction projects.
