For Wuerth Elektronik Italia, we are currently looking for a Field Sales Engineer to join our team in the South Area (Campania, Puglia, Basilicata, and Sicily). Your Exciting Field Of Work In this role, you will act as the technical and commercial point of contact in the assigned territory. Your main responsibilities will include:



Managing and developing the customer portfolio within the assigned territory through regular and qualified coverage Systematically acquiring new target customers through proactive field sales activities Presenting our technical solutions and supporting customers during the project development phase Actively managing the sales pipeline in the CRM and contributing to the achievement of sales targets Working closely with the Inside Sales team to ensure integrated and synergetic market coverage Participating in trade fairs, industry events, and local marketing initiatives Your Convincing Skills Technical diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Telecommunications, or an equivalent qualification; a technical degree is considered a plus Previous experience in a B2 B sales role, preferably in the electronics or electromechanical sector Good command of English Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build long-term, trust-based relationships with technical customers and decision-makers Good knowledge of the industrial landscape i
