RoleAs a Data & AI Consult Practice Leader at Kyndryl, you will drive the growth and positioning of the Data & AI consulting practice in Italy. You will combine business leadership, industry expertise, and technological vision to help clients unlock value through AI and data‐driven transformation. You will lead business development initiatives, define go‐to‐market strategies, and oversee the delivery of innovative solutions across industries.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development & Growth
- Lead the expansion of the Data & AI consulting business in Italy
- Identify, design, and implement value‐driven solutions tailored to client needs
- Define go‐to‐market strategies and support sales initiatives

Partner & Ecosystem Management
- Build and manage partnerships with key technology vendors (e.g., hyperscalers, data/AI platforms)
- Drive joint initiatives and co‐innovation opportunities

Customer Engagement
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders
