For an important client we are looking for:Job TitleOperations Start-up LeaderLocationMantovaTypePermanent role, full-timeCompensation PackageCCNL Industria Alimentare, 1 Level, Gross Annual Base Salary 63.500,00.Position SummaryAs a CAPEX project team member, ensure Vertical start-up and sustained performance, by proper preparation and leadership of the start-up phase.Duties In project design phase, assisting in the User Requirement Specifications development by identifying local site operational constraints.
- Coordinate product/process permits & licenses with the project manager, qualitymanager and the regulatory team.
- Coordinate/manage the starting and training process
- Coordinate the Raw/Pack/consumables materials availability and production planning during start-up phase
- Develop and manage master startup plan for commissioning, qualification andverification phase, designed to achieve a vertical start-up with sustained performance.
- During project Start-up phase, coordinate/manage operational team and ensureproduct, equipment,



line and site certifications are completed on time
- Ensure a proactive and eôective handover of the project to the operational teamincluding the final Manufacturing dossier. Requirements
- Previous experience in running manufacturing Projects (e.G. Product specialist,Process engineer, Application group...)
- Developed ability to maintain a safe working environment through properhousekeeping (5 S) with safety practices
- Good knowledge of how training and coach people
- Developed ability to ensure working relationships are harmonious and are focused on achieving common objectives.
- Developed ability to elaborate trade-oô for optimal choices.
- 3-5 years of experience in successful Production leadership, as Production manager or line supervisor
- Approximately 3-5 years of experience as factory pillar leader
- University Degree in Engineering
