Sector: Hyperscale Data Centres | Mission-Critical Construction A leading European data centre delivery specialist is currently seeking two experienced CSA Engineers to join a major hyperscale data centre development in Milan. This organisation is delivering some of the most advanced mission-critical infrastructure projects across Europe, supporting global technology clients through full turnkey delivery from design, construction, and commissioning through to final handover. As a CSA Engineer, you will take responsibility for overseeing the Civil, Structural and Architectural works packages on site, ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and programme performance are achieved.
This is a highly technical role requiring strong coordination across subcontractors, design teams, and QA/QC functions, with a focus on right-first-time delivery and zero-defect execution.
Key Responsibilities• Oversee daily site execution of CSA works including civils, structural, and architectural scopes
- Ensure all works are delivered in line with approved drawings, specifications, and benchmarks
- Maintain quality control across all construction activities, supporting a zero-defects approach
- Coordinate closely with the QA/QC team to ensure timely submission of documentation and compliance records
- Review contractor work and raise snag lists through the approved project platform
- Lead subcontractor coordination meetings and track progress against the construction programme
- Manage site documentation, reports, and technical records throughout the project lifecycle
