Location_onMilanowork_outlineFull TimeacutePermanent Reportingdirectly to the Chief Sales Officer (CSO), you will manage and develop acustomer portfolio across Northern- Central Italy, within electronic andautomation sector (including robotics and electronic/embedded systemindustries). You will be responsible for defining and coordinating commercialactivities in your region, leading and supporting the local sales organization(Key Account Managers, agents, and distributors), and ensuring that salesstrategies are executed effectively in alignment with company objectives. Therole combines strategic sales management, operational oversight of commercialperformance (revenue, margins, targets), and continuous market analysis toidentify growth opportunities, with a primary base in Milan.ResponsibilitiesManage and develop sales in Northern-Central Italy, with a focus on embedded and electronics markets.Define, plan, and coordinate commercial activities in the assigned countries.Manage and support the local sales team (Key Account Managers, agents, distributors)
