PositionLead the purchasing strategy for a specific material category (leathers and fabrics, metallic accessories, other products), ensuring optimal contractual conditions and supplier base solidity.Ensure proper supplier capacity management, preventing risks of overloading or under-utilization.Align suppliers with the brand's quality, sustainability, and innovation objectives.In collaboration with the Compliance team, assure suppliers compliance and performance through regular audits.Job ResponsabilitiesDefine and implement sourcing strategy for the assigned category.Negotiate framework contracts, prices, and commercial conditions with suppliers.Assess and monitor supplier production and quality capabilities.Identify and develop new sourcing opportunities aligned with brand requirements.Collaborate with Product Development, Planning,
