Team Leadership & Management Directly manage and mentor the project delivery team, including Project Managers, Construction Managers, Project Controls, and support staff, ensuring clear roles, accountability, and high performance. Client & Stakeholder Management Act as the primary senior interface with the client, authorities, consultants, and key stakeholders, managing relationships, expectations, and decision-making on a complex, high-profile development.
