Job DetailsPosition Job Title: MDO Process SpecialistLocation: Venturina Line Manager's Job Title: Plant General Manager Contract Type: PermanentJob Purpose Principal Accountabilities Lead the start-up and industrialization of our brand-new MDO production line for CPP-filmsWork closely with production, QC and R&D; to industrialize new productsEnsure process stability, output, quality and efficiencyAct as a problem solver, implementing best practicesProvide technical leadership and knowledge transfer to team leaders and operators on the shopfloorQualifications/RequirementsMaster's degree in Engineering (Chemistry or related technical field) or equal by experience5+ years of proven experience on MDO lines or BOPP lines, ideally gained at film industryStrong operational mindset: passionate about working hands-on with the machinesSolid knowledge xrdztoy of polypropylene polymers and PP- film processes (extrusion, stretching, film properties)Experience in process troubleshooting and upscalingFluent in Italian and English (written and spoken)Strong team player and communicator, able to connect with R&D; and production#LI-MK1
