Partner with the bestAs Lead Engineer, Mathematics & Data Science, Engineering Operations and Transformation, you will work in supporting Engineering and Technology Teams toward Operational Excellence, focusing on Demand vs Capacity Analysis, Costs and Engineering Rate control, Outsourcing leverage.
You will drive the Organization toward a data driven mindset, enabling analysis and decision making through Data analytics. Through statistical approach you will be required to determine key process drivers impacting performances and describing future scenarios.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Driving Engineering Teams Demand vs Capacity Analysis
- Analyzing Demand evolution over Quarters to understand trends and variances versus Actuals
- Driving Engineering Teams to accurate and timely Vouchering allocation
- Working with Outsourcing Leader and Outsourcing Quality leader to build the appropriate Supply Base
- Supporting the Team in Milestones and Earned Value Management implementation and adoption
- Supporting Functional Costs analysis to understand cost drivers and drive cost reduction actions
- Applying Data analytics to Engineering Processes
- Driving proactive dat
