Key Responsibilities• Manage and control all project documentation in line with company procedures and project requirements• Maintain document registers, RFI registers, action logs, issue logs,
and project trackers• Ensure all drawings, specifications, reports, schedules, and technical documents are correctly stored and distributed• Monitor document revisions and ensure stakeholders are working from the latest approved information• Track outstanding RFIs, actions, and project deliverables• Produce weekly and monthly document control reports• Support project teams with document management processes and compliance requirements• Ensure all project documentation complies with company standards and integrated management systems• Coordinate with site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and clients regarding document submissions and approvals• Assist with project close-out documentation and handover packages Requirements• Minimum 2 years' experience in a Document Controller or Project Administrator role• Previous construction, engineering, infrastructure, or data centre experienc
