you will be part of the Electrification and Automation area in Milan, contributing to the setup and success of a structured, world-class customer support process of the Business Unit. Your day-to-day activities will include acting as main entry point for our customer support process, ensuring the support process runs smoothly, and close collaboration with product experts and engineering to support the best customer experience in making use of Siemens customer support processes.You'll make an impact by: Actively supporting structuring and up-scaling of the processes for customer support, adopting a robust process to trace cases, leveraging existent Siemens tools.
