including modernization and optimization programs· Act as the primary escalation point for complex incidents, providing expert-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis· Provide technical leadership, collaborating with Architects, Consult Partners, Vendors, and Client stakeholders· Lead governance activities, ensuring alignment with architectural standards, security policies, and service quality targets· Drive continuous service improvement and operational efficiency through automation and optimization· Oversee the full lifecycle of solutions: design, integration, migration, and roll-outYour Future at KyndrylAt Kyndryl, we understand the importance of investing in our employees' professional growth and development.
