You may be our new Field Service Engineer Italy Key responsibilitiesInstalling and repairing filling and packaging machines, in field installationsCarrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to equipment faultsDiagnosing breakdown problems and analyzing malfunctionsFitting new parts and making sure equipment is working correctlyDealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairsDocumenting all inspections, maintenance, service work, and submitting paperwork in a timely basisStudying blueprints, schematics, manuals, and other specifications to install/set up machines or machine upgradesConsulting with engineering personnel to resolve unusual problems in system operation and maintenanceAdvising management regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and suggestions for improvementsComplying with and ensuring compliance with company health, safety and environmental policiesCoordinating service activities (planning & scheduling)You bring these skills, experience & educationVocational training as a mechatronics technician or electrician,
