multi-year transformation program aimed at transitioning the Italian Grid Control portfolio from locally developed solutions to Siemens Grid Software's global platform architecture based on SP7 and Gridscale X.You will play a key role in defining the transformation strategy, evaluating migration scenarios, aligning technical and business stakeholders, and overseeing the successful execution of the roadmap. Working across Sales, Delivery, Portfolio Management, R&D;, and strategic customers, you will ensure business continuity while driving modernization, standardization, and long-term value creation for the Italian installed base.You'll make an impact by• Leading the Italy Grid Control Transformation Program end-to-end, from strategy definition through execution and deployment.• Defining and evaluating transition scenarios based on risk, cost, scalability, business value, and strategic alignment.• Building business
