DescriptionAs part of our Southern Europe Human Resources team, the Compensation & Benefits Analyst – Southern Europe will play an important role in supporting fair, competitive, and meaningful reward practices across Italy, Spain, and Portugal. Working in close partnership with regional HR teams, our iconic properties, and the Global Compensation & Benefits team, this role will provide thoughtful analysis, accurate reporting, and clear insights to help attract, retain, and recognise the talent who bring Belmond's exceptional guest experiences to life. Primary Responsibilities IncludeDeliver high-quality compensation analysis, including salary benchmarking, market positioning, internal equity reviews, and salary range analysis, to support competitive and consistent reward decisions across Southern Europe. Support the International Compensation Review process with meticulous data preparation, validation, reporting,
and analysis, ensuring alignment with group reward principles and local business needs. Participate in salary survey submissions and interpret market data to provide clear, practical insights that support informed compensation recommendations. Support the implementation of job mapping, and job architecture across Belmond properties in Southern Europe, helping to ensure consistency, transparency, and strong reward governance. Prepare compensation insights and reports for HR Business Partners, regional leadership, and the Global Compensation & Benefits Team, translating complex data into clear and considered recommendations. Support pay equity, Gender Pay Gap reporting, and preparation for EU Pay Transparency requirements through accurate analysis, robust reporting, and follow-up actions.
