Logistics Lead EngineerLocation MantovaType Permanent role, full-timeCompensation Package CCNL Industria Alimentare, Quadro, Gross Annual Base Salary 63.000,00.Position Summary Ensure the successful design, planning, implementation, installation, testing, start-up, ramp up and handover of major capital investment projects on the manufacturing site, following safety standards, projects charters, design specifications, ways of working & success criteria.Duties • Logistics Automation Oversight: Provide expert technical assistance during the execution, commissioning, and operation of automated warehouse systems, ensuring seamless integration with manufacturing and alignment with quality standards • Meet quality expectations. In the event of a quality problem, rectify it and inform the responsible manager and involve him/her in the rectification of the problem with immediate actions.
• Carry out all duties in strict compliance with Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health, and Safety documents, with a specific focus on equipment safety. • Drive operational eôiciency by applying Lean engineering principles to eliminate waste and optimize material flow within automated systems. • Carry out the duties specified for the post holder in the Product Safety, Environmental Management, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality Management System documents. • Actively oversee and manage project budget, tracking expenditures to ensure major capital automation projects are delivered cost-eôectively. • Agile Problem Solving: Thrive in a fast-paced environment by thinking outside the box to immediately troubleshoot, rectify, and escalate any technical or operational bottlenecks affecting the project. . • Give coaching and/or instructions to staô on any subject, consid
