You will report to the Head of Technical Account Management.Gross Annual Salary starting from 36.000 euroCCNL Credito- FIXED TERM CONTRACT 1 YearYou will primarily be responsible for:Providing specialist business support and consultancy to Euronext customers, ensuring high satisfaction and adopting a client-focused approachManaging client relationships, communications and external documentation, acting as a point of reference for operational and technology topicsExecuting trainings, demos and webinars to present Euronext products, services and projects to customers,



and ensuring client readiness for new or updated servicesCollaborating with other divisions and departments to ensure customer satisfaction and completion of assigned tasksParticipating in change projects impacting clients, ensuring activities are controlled and completed on time with a high level of qualityCollecting and elaborating client feedback, supporting the analysis and implementation of new customer and business requirementsYour profile:Degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Economics, Finance or Business AdministrationInterest in information technology and the financial sectorFluency in both spoken and written EnglishStrong organisational and analytical skillsGood knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)Excellent team working attitudeVery good communication skillsEntrepreneurial attitude, strong motivation and enthusiasmCustomer and result oriented mindsetCreativity and flexibility to travelOne to three years of experience in a client-facing or technical support role is preferredJoin a company where market infrastructure is built on
