Role Overview:

BBVA is looking for a Associate Lead – Business Management & Execution to join its Global Transaction Banking team in Italy.

This role sits at the heart of transaction execution, acting as a key link between clients, relationship teams and operational units,



with exposure to a broad range of local and international GTB products.
What you will do:
Support the execution of Guarantees, Standby Letters of Credit, Import & Export Letters of Credit, Working Capital solutions, Factoring and Supply Chain Finance.
Act as the main operational point of contact for clients after deal closing, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
Review transactional documentation and coordinate internal approvals in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to manage complex, cross-border transactions.
Support payments, collections and operational monitoring linked to GTB activities.
Contribute to reporting, transaction monitoring and performance tracking.
Support supplier onboarding for Supply Chain Finance programs.
