Role

Internship – Meeting & Events Department

Responsibilities
- Support the team in managing events and group bookings from confirmation to execution.
- Collaborate on client relations, gathering needs and sharing useful information for proper event organization.
- Assist the team during site inspections, client meetings and site visits.
- Support coordination of operational and logistical activities of the event, working with involved departments (Front Office, F&B;, Housekeeping and others).
- Contribute to the preparation of documentation and related administrative tasks for events.
- Collaborate on monitoring guest satisfaction and gathering post‑event feedback.

Qualifications
- Interest in hospitality, events and congresses.
- Positive and proactive attitude, with strong guest orientation.
- Good organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Precision, flexibility and attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.




- Problem‑solving skills and ability to operate in dynamic contexts.
- Excellent knowledge of Italian and English; knowledge of a second language is a plus.
- Good mastery of Microsoft Office and main IT tools.
