A busy full-service restaurant in Rome is hiring a Restaurant Manager to help lead daily service, coach the front-of-house team, and keep the guest experience sharp. You'll work alongside a GM who invests in developing managers - this is a growth seat, not a dead end.

What You'll Do
- Run energetic, organized shifts across the dining room
- Coach servers, hosts,



and bartenders to deliver great service
- Handle scheduling, opening/closing, and daily administration
- Resolve guest issues with warmth and urgency
- Support food quality and safety standards every shift

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of restaurant management or strong shift-lead experience in full service
- Natural hospitality instincts and a guest-first mindset
- Composure and organization in a high-volume setting
- A team-builder's attitude - lead by example
- Evening, weekend, and holiday availability
