Global Risk Consulting is seeking candidates for the following position based in the Milan office: Strategy Implementation & Transformation Associate
Risk Consulting, a business unit of Marsh Risk, provides clients with strategic advice and innovative solutions across a broad range of insurable and non-insurable risks. Leveraging industry-leading data, analytics, and deep risk expertise, Risk Consulting helps clients identify their most significant risks, quantify potential losses, and make informed decisions about risk appetite and resilience.
As a Strategy Implementation & Transformation Associate , you will support the Global Risk Consulting Leadership team in delivering high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that shape the future of the business. Reporting directly to the Global Strategy Implementation & Transformation Leader , you will play an active role in turning strategic priorities into action.
This is a highly visible internal consulting role with a strong focus on strategy execution, transformation, project management,
and financial planning. While the role is not client-facing, it offers broad exposure to senior stakeholders and close collaboration with colleagues across EMEA, Asia Pacific, Latin America, the US and Canada , as well as with key functions including Finance, Marketing, Sales, and Talent.
