Overview

We are looking for Italian‑speaking Customer Service Agents to join a global customer support team based in Athens, Greece. All roles are based in Greece; even remote positions require relocation to and work from within Greece.

Responsibilities
- Provide professional customer support via phone, email, and chat
- Assist customers with delivery updates, shipment tracking, and service inquiries
- Ensure a smooth and positive customer experience
- Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining high service quality
- Collaborate with internal teams when necessary

Requirements
- Native / C2 level Italian




- Good level of English
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Customer‑focused mindset
- Willingness to relocate to Greece
