Move with us for a better worldYour RoleWe are looking for a Mechanical Operations Quality Specialist to support the problem-solving process for manufacturing process related issues.
You will be the guardian of our manufacturing quality standards. You will be responsible for ensuring and constantly improving the quality of our operational processes and final products.Your ImpactLead the problem-solving process for manufacturing issues.Implement quality standards, procedures, and control systems.Conduct internal process audits to verify compliance and identify areas for improvement.Lead root cause analysis for non-conformities using structured methodologies (e.g., 8D, 5 Whys, FMEA).Develop, implement, and monitor the effectiveness of corrective and preventive actions.Analyze production data and quality metrics to identify trends and drive continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., Kaizen).Work closely with Production, R&D;, and Supply Chain to establish quality benchmarks and resolve issues.Ensure that processes and products consistently meet technical specifications and customer expectations.About YouIdeally, you ar
