Job Description
We are currently seeking a Graduate Rotational Program – Pre‑Sales, Product Management & Project Delivery to join our dynamic team in Castel Guelfo (BO), Italy.
We are looking for a high‑potential graduate to join an 18‑month rotational development program designed to provide end‑to‑end exposure to our business and core operational processes. The role sits within the Vertiv Power Business Unit, responsible for delivering end‑to‑end critical power solutions covering the entire power train—from the utility grid to the final load.
The Portfolio Includes
- Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) systems
- Critical electrical infrastructure
- Power distribution solutions
- Battery systems and BESS
- Busbars and switchgears
Owning the full power train enables Vertiv to guarantee high availability, operational continuity, and resilience for mission‑critical applications.
Program Structure (18 Months)
- Pre‑Sales (approximately 6 months)
- Support technical and commercial pre‑sales activities
- Analyze customer requirements and business needs
- Contribute to the preparation of technical proposals, presentations, and demos
- Assist the sales team during customer meetings and solution discussions
