YOUR CORE ACTIVITIES
We are looking for a Production Assistant to join our team. This role is responsible for the operational and managerial coordination of production and maintenance activities in a high-automation department,



ensuring the continuity and efficiency of production and automation systems, product quality, and compliance with safety regulations.
Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinate daily production and automation activities, ensuring alignment with production plans and quality standards
- Organize preventive and corrective maintenance in collaboration with the technical team to minimize machine downtime
- Deal with suppliers and engineering department (at Plant and HQ level) in order to implement new procedures on automated systems, analyze problems and facilitate the conduction of machines
- Manage attendance, leave, overtime, and shift planning to ensure operational continuity
- Track and analyze production data and automatic systems, activating escalation procedures for complex technical issues
- Ensure adherence to operational procedures and workplace safety regulations
- Supervise, motivate, and support the growth of production and maintenance staff, inc
